Andrew and Big O tires provided excellent service to repair a leaky tire with a screw today. The work was done quickly and they kept me imformed the whole time. I would highly recommend.

I usually go to a Big O at a different location, closer to my work. This proves that all service and employees at Big O are concerned with their customer's best interests. Andrew was polite, professional, and kind. The work was completed in a very timely manner. When I picked up my car, Andrew took the time to explain everything in detail, and he patiently answered all my questions. Thank you for your help today.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was quoted nearly $800 for an alignment after being told my tie rods were "fused together" and that extensive repairs were required before the work could be completed. Something didn't seem right, so I decided to get a second opinion. I took my vehicle to Street Service just down the road. They inspected it, performed the alignment without issue, and advised that there was nothing preventing the alignment from being completed. The costly repairs I was told were necessary simply were not. Had I not sought a second opinion, I could have spent hundreds of dollars on unnecessary repairs. Based on my experience, this felt like an attempt to upsell work that wasn't needed. If you're told you need expensive repairs here, get a second opinion before authorizing anything. I highly recommend Street Service instead. Not only were they honest and professional, but they also found over $200 in cash that had fallen into a compartment in my vehicle and returned every dollar. Integrity like that is hard to find these days.

I had an amazing experience with Andrew, I went down to get a new set of tires. Installation was quick. Long story short I had installed the drag link wrong, so I took it off and put it back in properly. Decided since service street was closer I'd just have them alignment, the told me they would need to removed all front end components to make sure they were installed right before the would do the alignment. Needles to say I was pissed. So I took it back to big o tires, and they were more than happy to do it. I told them my story with service street in Highlands ranch, and work shocked at there attempt of blatant theft. BIG O did the alignment for free. 11 out of 10 recommend seeing Andrew down at Big O Tires on south University. They went above and beyond to make my experience as good as it could be. Thanks again!!!!
